Sea moss can be consumed or applied topically. Suggested Use: Measure dried sea moss, and remove any foreign material such as shells or discoloured leaves. Rinse the sea moss 3 times thoroughly including the dried creveases. After the final wash, cover the sea moss with clean filtered/alkaline/spring water, and soak for 8 hours or longer. Once soaked, the material will be rubbery and smooth. Gently rinse again and place the clean sea moss in the high speed blender. Add 1/3 filtered/alkaline/spring water, and blend the sea moss at low. Gradually add more water as needed and more speed. Blend on high until smooth. Pour the mixture into a jar and refrigerate.
